Hours say they close on Fridays ar 15:30 and everything was locked up at 14:45. Plenty of cars in parking lot but doors and gates where close.

Great Staff, great selection, great prices! We are building a new home and the manger (Taylor) took time with me and explained, helped with everything we needed - AND they even deliver!! Would recommend to anyone - way better then the big box stores!

We recently had a new build (2017) and was very pleased with the service and items we bought from Ferguson Enterprises in Summerville. The manager was very helpful in matching what we wanted with what they offered. Very good customer service and follow up. Would definitely use them again and refer our friends to this location.

Ferguson's advertise on their website that they were open on Saturday. So I drove 11 miles to their location to to pick up the part that I needed. However they're not actually open on Saturday. My suggestion is either change your website or be there when you say you're going to be there. I won't be back, you've wasted enough of my time, there are many (reliable) supply houses available in the area.

I had a shower knob that stripped out and I was looking at replacing all the knobs. Guy at Lowe's recommended Ferguson's. I took the stripped knob in and immediately I could tell that me even being in their store was a huge inconvenience to the person I was talking to. He wasn't helpful at all, wouldn't point me in the right direction or offer anything other then "I can't help you". Customer service is obviously not important to Ferguson's and I'll make sure I avoid them in the future.
