Wow! As always Carolina Green Steam is the best! We have 4 dogs, and a mini pig so our carpets get a lot of wear and tear. every single time CGS comes our carpets look and feel brand new. I got an accurate quote online, made my appointment, & had my a confirmation all within 5 minutes on a Sunday. We’ve attempted to use other companies before but no one compares to Carolina Green Steam. Nicholas is always so kind and doesn’t mind all the chaos that goes on at our house! Thank you guys!!!

Great service - this was the second time we've used Carolina Green Steam. They were very responsive and consistently communicated with me leading up to the appointment. The guy who came out, Nicholas, was friendly and efficient - he got the job done very quickly and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable, too.

EDIT: I was contacted by owner Josh who cleared up miscommunications. He was very nice and extremely helpful. Tech Nicholas came back out and cleaned additional area and cleared the coffee stain. Very pleased with the customer service and both treated areas look brand new! —————————— Had to pay $150 for whole the whole room for a spot clean (coffee spill) that didn’t even get removed. This was not an old stain. Found out AFTER the fact from other reviews that I was charged for “up to 3 rooms” but I was NOT informed of this. Tech was nice enough. I requested to pay cash when I scheduled but tech left and I was sent an invoice for digital payment anyway.
