This is the second review I'm leaving, and I'd leave 10 if I could. Miss Lorraine formed a genuine connection and took the time to understand my situation with the upmost compassion. She truly transformed my house and gave me that extra piece of mind that I've been needing for some time. I'm so glad I chose this company for the initial deep clean and a bi-weekly clean thereafter. The staff was responsive and attended to my requests with professionalism. Only negatives were I asked to be contacted when the cleaners were on their way and I specifically asked the head cleaner to text me when they were finished so I could return and ensure the property was 100% secure and review the work done. Neither of those requests were met. However, the house was spotless and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get your house cleaned!
