I just had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in my sunroom. Alan was awesome to deal with! He showed up on time was very diligent about making sure that the product was installed correctly and that I understood how to use it. I highly recommend Brady, Heating and Air!
Had no a/c on a Saturday night! Called different companies and they either could not come out until Monday or would not answer at all. Sent a request for help to Brady Heating and Air and they answered me within a few minutes and came out the next day(Sunday). Allen was very thorough and fixed the problem in a timely manner and was reasonable in price! They definitely got me as a new customer!

I must say how happy I’ve been with this company!! After 2 different companies coming to my home I called them. They were the 3rd company. Getting all of my frustrations the tech went over and beyond to get my air up and running. He explained everything in detail as what he was doing. Once the tech left; a fault of my own, I thought my air had stopped again. Once I reached out the tech was even willing to return. This company hands down is the best I’ve worked with and shows they care about their customers!! I’m really appreciative for business like this that takes customer service to the highest level!! Again, THANK YOU and I will be a repeat customer!!
