My heating and ac system was barely working but still able to do a decent job. They came out and misdiagnosed my system saying it had to much Freon and maybe a gauge was bad. After they came to fix it they then said the compressor was bad and what ever they did caused my system to completely stop working. (I see that they took the breaker out) They came out at 8 am the next day to take pictures to send to my home warranty. The next day I called my home warranty and was told they hadn’t put in the work order for them to approve yet but thanks to my home warranty calling them they finally put it in. My home warranty approved it same day. Since this company waited an extra day to put in the information it was now the weekend and I was told they can’t contact their suppliers until Monday but they understand what I’m going through having three small kids in a house that is 88 degrees. I do believe if they would of left the breaker in I could of at least used it as it was until they had the part to fix it.

CCC got sent out by my home warranty company. The part on my AC unit that was broken wasn't covered by the warranty company, go figure. Our two AC units were very old so we decided to replace them both. Coastal Carolina Comfort gave us a great price for two new units with installation. Not to mention, the free year of service. Now our house is being nicely chilled as these warm summer days arrive. The team arrived on time on the scheduled day, performed the rip out of the old systems, installation of the new systems and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service, professionalism, and workmanship. I will recommend them to anyone I know in the low country needing HVAC services. Thank you Coastal Carolina Comfort!
