Bradley Alan was on time (actually a bit early); he was, as always, extremely courteous, took his boots off at the door; thorough in the inspection and treatment, and made sure to clean the porch and garage of cobwebs (something every technician does not always do). I've been with Arrow since 2013 and because of their efficiency I have not switched companies.

Today I met Bradley and he was professional knowledgeable and nice. I was having problems with fire ants. Highly allergic. They started spraying outside. Took car of my problem and now continue spraying outside which I think is better. Not just outside but inside as well!

They come quarterly to do a treatment, inside and outside of our home, as well as our yearly termite inspections. The representatives are professional, courteous, and respond to all of our questions and needs. They follow up on all of our telephone calls, never cancel an appointment, and if they are in our area, will always politely call and ask if they can come earlier. We are always pleased when they do that. When asked by our neighbors who we use, we always say Arrow in Summerville SC. I can’t say enough about this company and their excellent service.
