As a small business owner myself, also in the construction trade, things don’t always go as planned. Quite frankly, you can be sure that things will not go 100% as planned because that’s the nature of the construction. However, when these problems arise it is in the manner by which they are handled that separates the professionals from all the rest. I can say without question that Stone Central is a professional company with professional management. There were some issues at first, but at the end of the day we are extremely happy and love our new countertops. Thank you so much to Stone Central for your integrity and professionalism.

So, I chose these folks because of their online ratings and the fact that they are local family-owned business. Aside from some issues, I am giving 5 stars because we stumbled a bit from the start with communication and planning but despite this, Bonni was responsive and rose to the challenge to correct and communicate. We had a small challenge with the material selection, but again, Bonni didn't miss a beat with working with me on a new selection and a timely fashion for remedying the issue. Stuff happens when jobs like this are retro-fits, as opposed to a new install. Bonni's team rose to the challenge. When it was all said and done, I am 100% satisfied and pleased with the results in this challenging old house!
