Used White Crane to set my pool in my backyard and it went awesome with wonderful customer service.
Donnie, David and the guy that looks like Carlos Santana (never got his name) did a great job.

Blake Webber worked with me patiently to get a job set up even though it was on short notice. Crane operators showed up on time and were very skilled. Big Red is the man. Will definitely call again the next time I have a roof job.

They dont take responsibility for property damage. One of their operators accidentally damaged a piece of our equipment and I think that since it's not a lot of money and we won't sue them over it, they just won't do anything. I guess we have no leverage, we're not a company that needs crane rentals and the damage is less than $150.00 so it's not worth suing. Maybe small claims court is an option but how much time can you spend chasing $150.00. I guess some businesses don't do what's right and there's no way to make them!

Whatch out for these guys!
We were on a job site and the guy running the crane ran over a piece of our scaffolding. We told the driver, showed him the damage and he gave us a number to call to get it taken care of. We called the number the next day in order to handle it right away. We're talking about a $150.00 part that was damaged.
We did everything that they asked us to and we did it quickly - within a week. We called back multiple times...
Fast forward about three months to the present time. I know we've called their office ten or fifteen times. We've submitted a report from the guy that was on site and witnessed the damage, we've sent photos to their employee Wes as they requested, and we've had to chase them down. Wednesday when we called back AGAIN Wes simply said "The owner won't pay for the repair" and that was the end of it. We're talking about less than $150.00 total but they're responsible and won't take care of the problem. My experience is that they won't take responsibility for property damage that they've caused.
