I have to echo Keven Ondrak review. I being a former punch list superintendent for a construction company overseeing construction of 14 homes at one time before retirement. Ican honestly say I have never seen such shotty communication. A year n half to build a 3000sf.home is unacceptable I was first hand witness to the failure of communication from a contractor to his subs as Calloway had. They would show up or shall I say when they showed up it was often after 8am and most weeks fail to work a full week. On one occassion alcohol bottles were found laying around and when contractor was approached he was surprised (Hence not being on site to supervise). Every new home owner can and may experience problems that arise during and after turn key(C.O.O.). The biggest thing I saw with Calloway Construction was the Contractors failure to communicate. The new home owners are still to this day having multiple issues and the contractor attention to detail still lacks in promptness .
