My family has used the services of All American heating and air for many years and I can't find a friendlier and pleasant services technicians. They are prompt, professional and always respectful. IF You are looking for a services company check out All American. I highly recommend them !
Was great service for new instalation a few years ago and for remodel last winter...but just discovered our guest room has no connected vents. Called last night and was told I would go on a 2 to 3 week waiting list for evaluation! I felt they were trying to discourage me even putting an order in for service. My husband is tending to family hospice out of the country and I am at a loss for how to handle this. I am very disappointed in a company that I thought I could put faith in.

Installation team arrived on time, and proceeded with the install of a new Daikin central air conditioning system. All team members were courteous and professional. They took measures such as laying down covering over our floors to protect them from damage. They removed the old system, and all packaging from the new system. And the team completed the installation on a holiday, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you All American heating and air, and Bobby Moore and his team.

We called with a problem with our heat pump. I figured it be a couple of days before they could fit me in to their schedule. The technician was at my house within an hour and promptly fixed my issue. I was very positively impressed.

I've had All American Heating and Air for almost 3 years. I absolutely live their service and the ladies in the front office are very nice. I had to call them on a Sunday because my air conditioner died. They responded quickly and had it working in a few minutes. If your lucky enough to be in their service area give them a call.

Our experience was wonderful, from the office staff to the installers. We have a package unit and it was old and not working properly. They all were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We received a quote for a new unit promptly and they were willing to give us options. Once we decided which unit we wanted they were able to come out the next day. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up before they left. They went over the new system and thermostat to make sure we knew how everything worked. We highly recommend All American Heating & Air. We are now comfortable in our home and ready for the summer.

The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Every associate that I talked to was kind, professional every step of the way. They were definitely the best deal in town. I definitely got quotes from 5 other competitors and they couldn’t beat them in my situation. AC system is working too good now. Highly recommend them.

Had issues with our AC under-performing at my job grooming dogs. We need the air working to have a safe environment for our animals, so we were so relieved when we called All American and they dispatched a technician same day. We were certainly not expecting that quick of a turn around as most heating and air companies will send someone out in about a week. Devin was very pleasant and professional and diagnosed our problem, cleared out our drain lines, and replaced our capacitor as it was as old as the unit. Our AC was running great by the time he left and the price was very reasonable. We are so glad that one of our clients referred us to All American, we will be calling them in the future for any of our heating or air needs.

Our unit had a problem over this holiday weekend, and All-American was very responsive! Jeff came out on Saturday and discovered that a part needed to be replaced and called around trying to find a solution but with the Monday holiday it looked like it would be Tuesday before we would be able to possibly move forward. Jeff continued to work to find a solution for us and came back out Sunday evening and got our air back on. He went above and beyond. Jeff is an amazing employee with a great company.
