Update - August 14, 2021: I just read the response from Margie Mijares. And I would like to respond appropriately. I spoke to the owner by email on June 4, 2021, (prior to his hospitalization) which he informed me that my order was ready. I had also been in the building talking to him several times leading up to then. So my intent in the post below was not to dispute the idea of the owner having COVID. Did I say it was a lie? NO. I simply stated that the young man, his employee or relative at the store when I picked up my order was very rude and acted as if he could care less where the owner was at the time and dismissed the situation. So, please do not get my words confused. I know what it’s like to loose close family members and not knowing where they are. Second, my post had NOTHING to do with the Owner, because he was a very nice man, we actually had many great conversations inside of the building. Last, this post has EVERYTHING to do with customer service and the young man who gave me the order on June 7, 2021. He was RUDE and said that you all do not care about customer service. Based on your post I can tell, that statement is very true. You didn’t address the issue at hand. No worries, things like this happen, vendors not appreciating their customers or acknowledging issues and having terrible employees. Because I do have a heart and understand your grief. I will not press the issue any further. My prayers are with you and your family. Take care!
June 7, 2021: The worst experience and customer service EVER. Caution: Please DO NOT use this business for your shirts and masks. Horrible!!!! Today, the owner’s relative or worker was extremely rude. Long story: I purchased a proof of my shirt and approved the design. Went to pick up my order and the picture in over 130 shirts had fabric scratch marks in them. When I asked what happened, he said that it was the shirt and there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked to speak to the owner and he gave the excuse about him being in the hospital from COVID. Then I requested for him to redo the shirts, he caught an attitude and said that he has over 8000 orders and will not be able to redo. He also stated that he could care less about customers and customer service. I paid over $2,728.00 for this order and they could care less about their business and reputation. I will NEVER use them again. Terrible Terrible Horrible Horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Eric is amazing. He never let's me down. Thanks for always bailing me out.

This is in response to Wilveria Sanders' review. I don't care that you gave our business a poor review because people who know us know better. But I believe that you do owe our family an apology because one part of your review was very wrong. The owner was in fact hospitalized with COVID from June 5th until his death on July 10th. That was NOT an excuse...that is the painful truth that our family must now live with. Everyone who knows our family knows that we have faced a lot of loss in our lives...the loss of two of our sons gave us a real compassion for hurting families and my husband always went the extra mile to help anyone in need. Please choose your words more carefully in the future because we all face battles in life that not everyone knows about.
