Larry is the most kind and helpful person I have come across since trying to get my survey done. From the beginning, he took almost fifteen minutes to talk to me and fully understand what I needed. He then made a few suggestions in hopes of saving me time and money. He has also called a few people on my behalf and has kept me in the loop on everything. Did I mention that he has yet to charge me and is doing this strictly to help?! I will be using this company for all future surveying needs!
This business knows how to treat customers. They went out of their way to help us navigate the complexities of a residential survey and pointed us in the right direction when we needed it. Highly recommend.

I to just called and wanted to get a land survey, and he didn’t want to help. He wanted me to go back where I went. The questions he asking isn’t what he needed answers too. All I needed to know is can you do the survey if not just say so. I wouldn’t even recommend to is company.

E&S did an excellent job handling my survey. I called and left a message that was responded to within 2 hours. Within 9 days the survey was done and in less than 4 weeks I had a plat in hand. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with Larry and his knowledge of the area is extensive. I highly recommend them for any of your survey needs.
