I needed a survey done on property my wife and I are planning to build on and I contacted Andrew Lewis with Ben Whetstone. He was great. He found a mistake on the plat that had been previously done and went above and beyond to get it corrected and summited to the County. I would not use anyone else.
Andrew Lewis and his team did a fantastic job for me on a tough surveying project. We needed this done quick and Andrew did not disappoint! Andrew was super quick to respond and helped come up with a great solution to satisfy both the property owner (seller) and the buyer in a real estate transaction. I highly recommend Ben Whetstone & Associates and Andrew Lewis!

Had some confusion on boundary. Andrew and the Whetstone team not only marked my boundaries, but took the time to explain the wetlands rules for the ditch running through my property. They also marked all along to show where all the edges were. We also liked the 4 copies of the plat they left us.
Strongly recommended
They did such a good job they also did my other neighbors back lines and helped another find his property stakes.

We’ve had Ben Whetstone do several properties. They always do awesome! Totally eliminated a discrepancy the former owner of our home was having with the neighbor. .

Andrew has helped me with multiple projects. Extremely professional and capable of handling more challenging surveys (wetlands, disputes, etc.). Only surveyor I will work with!

I needed a survey on a house I'd just purchased in Columbia, and called several surveyors. The only one who spent any time describing the process and listening to my issues was Whetstone Associates, and specifically Andrew Lewis. I probably discussed my needs for 30 or 40 minutes, while he patiently answered all my questions. In the end, their price was very competitive with the other surveyors in Columbia, and I was confident they were the ones I wanted to hire. Great experience.

If you are looking for quality and good advice on Surveys Ben Whetstone is the place to go. Before I hired them I spoke to over 10 companies. They are awesome and know exactly how to do everything. Aiken county can be tough to get things approved, fortunately they work in Aiken county a lot. I would highly recommend Mr. Whetstone and his highly capable staff. I hope this helps. Great folks !!!
