Incredible! Ken is an outstanding service person. He really knows his stuff and you just can't beat his prices. Very highly recommended. He came to my house twice in one day to fix two separate problems on my washing machine and replaced the handle on my dishwasher, ordered a replacement handle and had it installed within 24 hours. And I seriously couldn't believe how low the bill was.
