I will not recommend Gary’s to anyone we needed a part for our white lawn tractor went in with the book and numbers they did not have the part in hand told us he had to order it got it in and brought the part it was the wrong part. Gary’s refused to return it as it was as they say special order. They should have made sure it was the right one before they ordered it. Went to Watertown lawn and garden they had the part we needed and they even put it in the holder for us. We will not ever deal with Gary’s ever again. I have a phone call to BBB. On top of it they were rude. They say it was a special order I say no it wasn’t as if they had ordered the right one it wouldn’t have had to be returned Daniel O Riedl and Michele Riedl

I have to say this place is honest and fair with repairing lawnmower. My mother is on the wheelchair and no one wanted to help her cut her grass in her yard. She was paying some neighbors $50 to lawnmower her yard when UT needed it because her lawnmower needed fixing. We moved from California 6months ago and her lawnmower has not been working for over 2yrs. Henry was the Gentleman who helped and fix the lawnmower and it ran perfect he had repalce the filter fix the bushings and the rotors and Put enought gas to do my mother's yard. I was happy and satisfied with the work done. Thank you Hanry!

Don't go here waste of time. Don't fix anything Don't order your parts and trys to charge u for no work done at all. What a 4 month waste of time.
