UPDATED SUMMER 2022 - They're just as conscientious and skilled in the summer as they are in the winter. Quentin and Jerome fixed the central air today and I am SO grateful for their quick reply and friendly faces. Best HVAC guys EVER.
There is no supplier in Aberdeen for my brand of furnace, but Quentin and Jerome worked hard to find the part I needed quickly. SO grateful to them for their knowledge and service.
Aberdeen Communities prefers Aberdak for our HVAC and boilers. They are prompt, professional and personable.

They replaced my furnace in January. Told me they would be out in the spring to put the coil in the new furnace so the AC would work. I have called them more than 10 times, probably closer to 20. Spoke with Quentin once. He said they were having troubles getting the parts. Said they had to get them from Sioux Falls. They still haven't returned my phone calls.
I had to get someone else to fix the AC. They had no problem getting the part locally.
Quentin lied and never finished the work.

Would not come when they told me they would ! Don't call to tell me , not able to make it ! Quinton would tell me he fixed something , I would follow-up and no work was done !! Very frustrating !!

Quentin and his team are the consummate professionals. Had my AC unit conk out right at the first of this June when it was in the mid 90's for a few days ---- Quentin called me right back, met with me right away, assessed my HVAC situation, and got things rolling. They take great care in all phases of installation and cleanup. Aberdak is the way to go --- quality service, excellent communication, and fair pricing. 5 stars from me. Aberdak is awesome! Very nice, professional, timely through the entire process and affordable. We decided to go with Aberdak Sunday afternoon and by the end of Monday our new AC was up and running. Would recommend every time!

I needed a water heater replaced and a friend referred me to Aberdak. Their reviews on here also looked good so I gave them a call. Just by speaking to them on the phone I felt as though I was dealing with a professional. I picked up a heater at Menards and they installed quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely call them in the future.

Whenever I need help with my furnace, this is the place I call. They are responsive, professional, and they work hard to fit their schedule to mine. They are the only one I call for my furnace!

Aberdak did a great job installing the air exchanger and changing some supply vents. However, they did not finish the work I paid for. They where suppose to come back and install the controller for the air exchanger and UV filter light that I paid for. Multiple calls later, 1.5 years later, they haven't come back to finish the work I paid for. After contacting my general contractor, he stated Aberdak has done that to multiple clients of his also. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity of Aberdak Heating and Cooling. I have given multiple chances to refund or finish the work but they still choose to not to complete the job I paid for. I will not do business with them again.
