I just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Climate Control of Aberdeen. I called them and they sent somebody out right away. Crystal was a pleasure to deal with and she was very helpful and figured out what the problem was. They ordered the part and came out and fixed it right away. I had the pleasure of dealing with Skylar for looking into financing options and he guided me to the best one that suits me. I appreciate not being pressured in buying something that I didn’t want or need. And as always Joe is always amazing to work with as well. Thank you for making this experience as pain-free as possible.
We scheduled for a checkup on our system which hadn't been done since it was installed 5 yrs ago. Guy found a hole under the coil box which he repaired. The house noise from the fan running has decreased greatly and the house seems more even in temperature. Thank you for the great service.

Bill was amazing! My need wasn't urgent, so I was able to schedule a convenient time frame for him to come. He quickly found and resolved our problem. Since our equipment is older (past middle aged, but not geriatric, yet) and he was already here, he gave our A/C a check up. Gave us some advice on going forward. There was no pressure to spend anything we didn't need to spend now or couldn't afford.
I was completely comfortable with Bill being in our house. He even greated our cats!

Bill Lammon with Climate Control provided excellent and professional service. In addition to our scheduled maintenance, he fixed our Air conditioning, which wasn't functioning properly on a hot day. We also had our outdoor AC unit wrapped by him. Bill is extremely thorough and knowledgable, we genuinely appreciate him and would highly recommend him.

Very competent technician. Would gladly recommend Crystal to anyone! She fixed my AC, and installed an additional part. Then when I paid for it, she called me up and said I'd paid for it previously and tore up my check! Now that's honesty that is hard to come by!

Our water heater broke on a Friday night at 10:30! Cam came out and helped us turn off what needed to be off, discussed new options and by Monday afternoon we had hot water again! I highly recommend Climate Control. Just wanted to add that our heat pump and furnace decided to “not be efficient” in late May. Crystal, Skyler, Wyatt and Jeff did an excellent job getting a whole new system installed within a week. Definitely a 5 star job!

Crystal and the other Climate Control professional who accompanied her were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love getting the email that lets you know the technician is on their way, and they always wear shoe coverings in the house. Always excellent service from Climate Control!
