Double Duty did a slam dunk on our move, from a flawless pick-up on Nov 29 to an equally impressive delivery to our new home on Nov 30! They were not only on-time as scheduled both days, but were thoroughly professional, flexible, and personable. And to top it off, Emily's binding quote was nearly $2,500 cheaper than a competitor's bid we had solicited! Now, THAT is great value - top-notch service at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Double Duty Movers!
Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the service I received! Due to a health crisis, I reached out to Emily who worked my move in at the last minute. From coordinating a time to the arrival of Rodney and Jake who moved my stuff...friendliness and professionalism were on display. I will definitely be utilizing them again. We had reached out and just moved from Vegas to Ashton South Dakota to help with boxes and heavy items they sent us three helpers they arrived on time were very helpful with everything we were greatly appreciated everything they did honestly overall good experience minus a little communication that was lacking but it all got worked out and settled anyway we wanted to say thank you and we appreciate everything that you and your people have done to help us so we didn't hurt ourselves unloading everything by herself we wish you a very fruitful business

They were amazing! Got me moved in very little time on the day that I needed it, even though it was last minute. They were so friendly and willing to help with anything else I needed hauled! Will 100% be using their services again!

Their service is nothing short of amazing. I called and had a container delivered within two days. Steve did not unload the container until the pad was level. Very thorough and very good at his job!

I have moved quite a few times, and no moving company has impressed me as much as Double Duty. The price was lower than I expected, and every member of their team was kind and reliable. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took care to move everything right where I wanted it, even asking for a final walk-through to make sure I was satisfied. They truly went above and beyond to ensure customer service was top-notch! Moving is stressful--working with a company you can trust makes the process so much easier.

We recently moved from California to South Dakota and we were in need of a storage container. I checked in the area that we were moving to and found Double Duty Storage. I contacted them and they had a storage container available in the size I needed and they had it at my new home in Ipswich the day after I got here. They were so way to work with and are they friendly. The driver was able to put it just exactly where I wanted it and this was so easy. I would use them again if Iever need storage again. Thank you Doubly Duty.
