I explained what was going on, so he came out and recharged the system. Seemed like the problem was solved. Then he helped out after a bad storm to get the AC breaker reset. A few weeks later the AC is doing the same thing (original issue). I call and he says he's got no openings until "next Wed" (5 days away), so I say OK sounds good. Then I text him a pic of the issue, which confirms what it was sounding like it was. He replies that I need a new valve and I say OK "next Wed?" No reply. Then I text that next Wed to see if we're still on, and again no reply. Lastly, I text him the next day to see what's up and he apologized for the miscommunication and that he's got no availability now for the next 2 weeks! How'd "next Wed" turn into 2 weeks? Now it's 90+ degrees for the foreseeable future and my AC is only working intermittently making it 85 degrees in the house at times. Oh well, that's just life I guess...

I had Alan and Tran from 1-hour come out to clean my dryer duct and they did such an excellent job...turned out to be a lot more work than anticipated and they were just so helpful and friendly and stayed with it until they found the problem...fixed everything and did it all so neatly. They also cleaned my home's heating duct work last year and did an excellent job. Very reasonable and worth every penny.

Had an appointment one week from the time my ac fan seized up the day the repair person came out flicked the fan with screwdriver said it was fixed the ac unit vibrated like the fan motor was going out like I told the guy on the phone charged me 70.00 for flicking the fan so I called back thatevening the fan seized up again the guy on the phone said I needed a new ac unit for 3000.00 and I can make payment or I can have another app.a week later again to diagnose it again I ended up diagnosing it my self bought a fan motor an capacitor at Dennis supply company cost me 70.00 and an hr. Of my time.
