My thermostat told me my heat pump had quit working. I called Perry because they installed the furnace. They sent out two techs who were her 40 minutes. They thawed the heat pump and told me that I really had not needed to call for service. I received the Bill for $255. When I called due to the bill being ridiculously high for the revive I received I was told that the $50 was just to come out. (Which I wasn’t told about when I called) and $200 was a flat rate for what they did. This let me know to never use them again. I had used Elton Elec before to put in a fan and they only charged $60 an hour and no show up fee. So I now know who to call in the future and who to refer my friends too. Perry literally rips people off.
We've had Perry's Electric do many jobs and we were pleased with the work. On the most recent job replacing our old hot water heater with a tankless, they really went above and beyond to make sure that our space was maximized. They even noticed a soft spot in exposed plumbing and brought it to our attention. Luckily we were able to get a plumbing company out BEFORE the inevitable leak did any damage. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend their services!

I worked with Jeff Sr to estimate a total HVAC replacement. We ended up with a high efficiency Bosch Heat Pump (AC & Heat) with backup furnace. The estimate was clear and great financing was available. The install required some electrical work, which Perry’s was able to do with their own crew. The day of the install the crew showed up 5 strong at 8 AM. I expected an all day event with electrical outage but am pleased to say there was never an outage and the install was done by early afternoon. The crew even moved my thermostat to better location with no extra charge. Perry’s folks are professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I am extremely pleased with my new system and highly recommend them.

A big thanks to Robert and Perry Electric coming to my home so promptly and fixing the big mistake I made. For those of you that may do your own AC maintenance, you may want to think twice. Take advantage of their professional service work in maintaining your HVAC needs. Wish I had to begin with. At any rate you guys saved my butt. Can't thank you enough.

I have a Cabin on a local lake and my A/C was not working as it should so I called Three local businesses and never called me back so I called Perry's and they answered my call and came in a day or two the Tech was great to work with on the phone because I was not there Tech answered all my questions and even sent me pictures. This is my go to company

We needed our furnace serviced. Perry's Electric answered our call and set an appointment. They were very responsive and professional. We discussed with the tech that our HVAC system would eventually need to be replaced. He said he would have the owner contact us. True to his word, we received the call almost immediately. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to put this on hold. Thank you everyone at Perry's Electric!

We've had Perry Electric out to the house twice now -- once for the furnace and once for plumbing. When other companies said they didn't have time, or worse yet, messed around for hours not knowing what they were doing, Perry was able to come out within a day both times and fixed the problems the other guys missed, and in a fraction of the time. They've been fantastic and they're my first call from now on. We highly recommend them for their knowledge, sense of urgency, professionalism, and work ethic!

I had an assortment of electrical jobs to do and Perry Electric is my go to place for that thing. The two technicians, K. Pierce and H. Christian, who performed the work were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. We walked through the various items that needed to be done, they explained what they would do, did it and cleaned up after their work. The work they did involved installing outlets and mounted lamps were none existed. When they were finished, it was as is their work had been installed in the original construction of the house; I can't ask for more. Perry Electric is well represented by these two technicians. If you need electrical work done, I recommend you contact Perry Electric.

The guys from Perry Electric were so friendly and professional throughout the whole process of installing our new furnace. They were very respectful of our home in using shoe coverings before beginning work and putting down temporary plastic runners to protect our floors while they were working. The furnace install went great and they walked us through all of the details of our new thermostat, answering all questions we had. They were very friendly, we will definitely be going to Perry for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs! Thanks again guys!!
