They did a great job repairing my AO Smith water weather. Would recommend them to anyone that needs things fixed.
Installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system backwards. Installed a new garbage disposal when we did not ask for it. Had to redo vanity plumbing several times.

Courtesy is fast, responsive, and professional in their work. John even allowed me to "looky-loo" for a bit. Their work is Grade A and they left a clean jobsite. Price was very fair, even for the emergency type work.

Needed hot water heater replaced. They scheduled the appointment for the next day and were there right away in the morning. They took care of everything and I thought the cost of parts and labor was very reasonable.

I made an appt 2 weeks ago, and since my drip had become a steady stream, so we had to shut the water off. When making the appointment, we agreed we would tear to wall out before he got here. An hour after our appointment time, we called and were told they weren't coming. They didn't warn us or anything.
