Arthur serviced our home today. I cannot say enough about him and their company. I requested a specific service time and it was arranged. Arthur himself was highly respectful of our home at all times. Fenix is a great company for pest control and I highly recommend them.

Arthur was excellent at today’s service. He was so patient and took the time to ensure all of our areas were covered and addressed. I highly recommend Fenix and Arthur to help with pest and bug control. Thank you!

I definitely would not get their service again. The price went up shortly after starting. Our voles came back and they didn’t move the pest control boxes to the new affected area, I had to do that. And I apparently didn’t cancel with enough notice so they’re going to charge me for a service they did not perform.
The service guys were all pretty friendly. They called after services to discuss what they did, but they always called at inconvenient times.

Unfortunately after more than a year of service we had a recurring issue. The technician did not change the treatment plan or suggest how to seal the house, and said they would not be inspecting under the deck for weaknesses or entry points. I tried to cancel my upcoming service and they charged me anyway, without providing the service. I am still working to get this resolved and wish they had owned up, taken responsibility for disappointed expectations and poor delivery of services. I wish I could recommend after using them for over a year, but in the end we were let down and had to find someone else to permanently fix our problem.

I don’t like spiders and snakes…. Or rodents either. I’ve been using Fenix for several months and I have no complaints or critters in my house. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to keep the crawlies out. The techs always ask if I’ve noticed any activity and when I did see garden snakes under my porch last summer, they took care of them and no more snakes for the rest of summer. On today’s treatment, Simeon was very thorough—he scrubbed the eves and gables for wasp nests and spiders, and then he sprayed. I think it’s a great service at a fair price.

I’ve been using Fenix for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Simon was polite and professional but more importantly, asked me what I wanted. I appreciated his thoroughness and efficiency.
