Ladies and gentlemen if you ever are going to take one review seriously then trust me on this one. This place is so unprofessional it's unbelievable they are still somehow in business. These people are an absolute nightmare. They will ruin and drill holes in your nice wood work and block work. They will install things totally wrong and unsafe and over charge you. Then they will act like it's a privilege to have their service. Please do yourself a favor and find yourself another company so you won't have to go through the nightmare s I've had. I hate to see people get taken by unappreciative dirty shady greedy people.

Good morning, I wanted to reach out and let you know as a customer of yours. Jeff has been outstanding to deal with on my technical issues with a Lorenz pump we have. It of course is in a remote location where tech support isn't available. After a few short phone calls and several trips there on my side we were able to resolve the issue. It was a unique problem to say the least. After several failed attempts to get it going we finally figured out the control panels Led wasn't lined up with the window in its face. Therefore we were unable to see any lights at all. Acting as if it was not processing the solar power. Once that was found it still wouldn't work and we had to pull the pump back out to remove some, of the packing grease it was shipped with. (the pump was stuck). I had purchased this pump several years ago and didn't end up using it at that time, so it went on the shelf in my storage. I believe the grease had thickened to the point the pump became stuck. Any way, Jeff was very knowledgeable throughout the process and I wanted to let you know he is a great addition to your team. Thanks Dale

Exceptional response time to inquiries via e-mail, their attention to detail was also on point. The removal of my SkyStream windmill in addition to the 33’ monopole was conducted in a day. In its place they erected a 4kw system on a pole with 8 panels 500’ from my home. Even with the great distance the Enphase Microinverters were able to communicate over the existing buried line to the EMU located inside my home. We had talked about getting solar panels for the past several years and 2020 was the year we really got serious about it. My husband had worked with a gal who recommended getting in contact with GenPro and from the first conversation we had with them we knew it was the right choice. They came to our house and answered all of our initial questions, some of which were probably laughable, but we knew nothing about how solar systems work with the electric grid. Ryan was so helpful in getting us a plan that would fit our exact needs. When they came to install the system everything went smooth and they even finished early. The work they did was very professional and it looks great. Once the inspection was done, we were able to start using the system and the best part is, we don't have to worry about how much electricity we are using during the day because we aren't paying for the electricity. So it's starting to pay for itself and it feels wonderful to make this kind of investment. We definitely recommend talking to GenPro if you are thinking about adding a solar system to your property.
