I took my BMW to have the sunroof replaced and did a amazing job. Some other shops estimated $500 to replace it, while he did it for $100. Definitely taking my car back there.

I brought in a 2018 Chevy Traverse with hail damage from out of town and After Hours Autoglass was able to get me back on the road so the rest of the vacation was not ruined. Customer service was great and prompt, window install was professional and price was reasonable.

I recently moved to Rapid City with the tiniest rock chip in the upper corner of my windshield. I knew I'd have to get that taken care of before it got cold- I just never expected the heat to be just as destructive! I parked the car facing facing west for a couple of days during 100 degree weather and when I went to drive it again, that tiny chip was now a 2 foot long crack!
Being new here, I didn't know who was good and who to avoid. I moved for a job, but I hadn't officially started yet, so it seemed awkward to call and ask my new boss questions.
I did the next best thing, Google Reviews. Of course, I got a free estimate from Safelite. They are a national company. I've used them before, and their work is guaranteed and trusted. They are also expensive and I was paying for this out of pocket, not using my insurance. Having that estimate though helped me to establish a baseline so when I started calling local companies- of which there are many- I could know if I was being taken or given a fair price.
After reading reviews for about 20 min or so, I felt Josh @After Hours Auto Glass was going to be my best choice. All of his reviews were from people who spoke highly of him, his professionalism, his quality work, and several spoke about how he went out of his way to help them out.
That decided I made only 1 call, he answered almost on the first ring, I explained what I needed, and he just asked if I would send him the VIN so he could order the exact match and give me a true quote based on that.
I texted him that info, and in a few minutes he had both a cash and card price option, which I loved since money was already tight from the move and I was not currently working. He also came in considerably cheaper than Safelite!
He was able to fit me in quickly, and the day of the install we got to talking a bit about his business, why I moved from MT, and SD in general. He said things in that conversation that made me think, this guy is way too trusting and open-minded and when I called him on it, he just said, "well I guess we still gotta believe in people and hope it all turns out alright".
I like someone who can be optimistic AND do quality work. Someone who still believes in honest pay for honest work. Someone who truely values others and doesn't take advantage and screw someone over just because they can.
I don't know how long I'll be here or how often I'll need his service, but Josh earned a customer "for life".
and he kept me apprised of the install and when it would be ready for pick up.
