I called yesterday and asked if they’d look at a dual-fuel (gas/propane generator) that won’t start. The gentleman on the phone was super nice, said sure thing, etc. This morning we drove 30 minutes to bring the generator here and the guy at the desk was dismissive and condescending. Said “they” (mechanic? who’s they?) won’t touch anything if it has propane. I clarified it’s still a small gas engine. Nope. Let him know they told me yesterday to bring it in. He decided that, despite not being on the call, he’s certain I must not have said anything about it having propane. Again, the guy on the phone sounded like all the glowing Google reviews. Just be aware your mileage may vary depending on who’s there Follow-up: a different shop in Wyoming took a minute to listen. They did a compression test (requiring neither propane nor gas) and verified it’s now a brick, not a generator. Whole interaction took less than 15 minutes. Your interpretation of my request confirms how little you were listening. I do apologize for name-calling in my original review, that wasn’t necessary and I’ve edited it.

We was deep into the black hills when out UTV hit a large hole and broke our front left suspension. We were way too far to walk and the day was getting late. We called around to Polaris dealers to find someone to help. Tim was not a dealer but offered to come recover us and our rig. He took us to the dealer to drop off and then to our hotel in Keystone. Nice man, and I'm sure takes care of his customers likewise. Thanks for saving the day Tim.

Excellent service all around! I needed my riding lawnmower repaired. They picked it up, fixed it and brought it back to me. Excellent work, quick service and very low cost. Tim was great to me and very flexible with the pickup and drop off process. I will definitely go back to them when I need to!
