Very happy with the service provided today. From the professionalism of the person who answered the phone to Zach who showed up at my home the same day, everyone was helpful and quick to assist with my plumbing issues. Zach was very clear on every step he was taking to do the repairs. Great communication with everyone involved. Will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Fantastic! Josh and his partner (didn't catch her name) did a great job at not only installing a sink, faucet, and garbage disposal system but also explaining what they were doing. The person answering the phone and setting up appointments was very nice and professional too. Loyal Plumbing is the way to go. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I’m finishing my basement and Chase has done a wonderful job on my new bathroom. We had to break out the floor to get rid of old cast iron pipes and replace it all the way up to the roof.. He did a great job. To finish up he did a great job putting in a new vanity and stool and also did a fantastic on my new walk out shower. Chase and his partner Nick are very personable and I give them this five star rating and would recommend them for any plumbing job.

They told me what they were doing and why and they cleaned up everything before they left. Loyal Plumbing has given me some of the best service I’ve ever had from any contractors.

Chase and Nic did an awesome job. Very polite and friendly. They got the parts and had my outside faucet up and running within 30 minutes. After they checked out the problem it probably took them longer to get the parts then in install them. Very knowledgeable. I will be using Loyal Plumbing again if needed. Thanks guys, great job.

Loyal Plumbing called on time and advised when he was coming; asked what I needed and gave helpful advice about options to accommodate my goals; we agreed upon a plan; he gave an estimate of cost in minutes on his computer; I agreed and signed. During the work He said one expensive valve that I thought I needed was already built in the system and we took that off the estimate. He went into town and got parts, came back and finished the job in a few hours, He knew what he was doing, had the right tools and the bill reflected the reduced cost. I can’t remember when I have had that good of service in a long time, Paid the bill with his computer and my credit card. I asked for his business card cause when I ever need plumbing service again I will call Loyal Plumbing again. Don’t know if I should post his complete name so will let you know his first name was “Josh” Thanks Loyal Plumbing

Excellent customer service from the moment I called. The customer service rep was able to send a team immediately, and was very kind and professional and courteous. I could not have asked for a better team: top-notch honesty, professionalism and problem solving. My aging Marathon hot water heater developed a leak from the vacuum breaker on the cold water inlet. Justin and his assistant Gus did an excellent job determining the source of the leak, and the cause (sediment build-up). They worked from looking at least expensive to most expensive repair. Justin is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly, advised me on signs of other problems that can develop as the water heater continues to age. and advised me on the aging expansion tank- not quite at the end of its life, but approaching. No pressure to repair that now, and advised me what to watch for to know it is time to replace it. The total price was very fair. My husband and I have owned 3 houses over the years built between 1900 and 1940- so we have had MANY repair people from all the trades. They’ve ranged from “I would never hire again” to “good job but nothing to write home about” to the tradesmen we write home about, sing their praises, and stick with for life. Justin (and Gus) are definitely in the “write home about, sing their praises, and stick with for life” category! Many thanks for a job well done!!!

Had Loyal install a ball valve and hose bib in basement, and move a spigot to new location on exterior of house. Everything was exposed and easy to get to. They provided a quote and explained work very well before starting. Overpriced but needed to get done. They did a swing and a miss on the exterior wall which left me with a hole on the exterior I had to patch. The tech was very apologetic for the error. He said he’d give me a discount on the bill because of the mistake. However, when installed he also didn’t drill outside first so the spigot landed right between 2 pieces of siding. The spigot was not sealed on the exterior underside so pests could get in. When it was screwed to siding it was attached crooked which is going to drive me crazy. They left the original hole where the spigot was wide open so I had to repair 2 holes immediately myself. Disappointing work for $800 even with the discount.
