Both Kenny and Rory took time to speak to representatives from my insurance company after they refused to pay in full what was needed to repair my home. Besides the diligence on the phone, my home repairs were completed in a timely manner once approved by insurance. I was consistently kept in the know during the timeline from my initial meeting with Kenny following the storm to the end once the repairs were complete. Highly recommend!
