Just spoke with Sam, at the 14th St store, who helped me with some questions I had about primer and a binder for some peeling paint. I was beyond impressed, and so thankful, for the incredible customer service. Asking questions that I hadn't even thought of helped to ensure I was getting the correct product for my two totally different needs, as well as answering the other questions I had. Greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service! I will be returning any time the need arises!!

You can't beat the one on one service! They will make sure your applying the right product for your project. There knowledge of every product is top knoch, they know what you need and are not satisfied untill you are.

Locally owned since the late 1880s. They are experienced and knowledge in their products and the trades associated with them. They can walk you through how to do a process you have never done and you will walk away able to execute it succussfully. I have ordered paint from them every work day for the last 10 months, not once have I experience a irritated tone, always helpful and problem solving.

I've never had so much knowledgeable help in the painting department, they were able to explain everything I needed to know over the phone and offered to come out and look at the house if I needed. The most impressive part of the conversation was that he was focused on helping me rather than focused on a possible sale. Customer service truly is their #1 priority!

I visit Norberg paints often and no matter who I speak with I haven't ever felt like a bother or inconvenience. They are helpful and quick when I need product advice as well as tinting paint for me. I truly appreciate their services and friendliness.

Never have I seen such rude associates in a store. when asked to look at parts I was told they didn't have time when I told them if the parts are wrong I would return them I was I'd never get a refund this from a flunkie repairmen he must have been upset for having to work Saturday I have bought other items from this store bet never again will I do business with them
