Called about getting 20 pieces of sheet rock delivered 10 days ago. Finally called them back to ask for an update and said they couldn't send such a small order without pairing it with a bigger order. I mentioned that am I not paying a delivery charge? Well yes. Then what does it matter what size the order is? A lead of 10 days should be ample time to make a delivery, regardless of the size of the order. Shouldn't the orders be delivered in order of when they were placed? Yes, I understand the desire to pair some orders together to save time and expenses. But eventually the orders need to be fulfilled and after a certain amount of time has elapsed it should just get done. As an owner of a transportation company, I would say this is very poor business. I would not recommend.

Have called three times and were told we would "get our ticket" for the drywall we ordered. No one ever called us back to say what was going on or emailed us a ticket in over week. Don't waste your time here no one seems to know how to do their job.

no parking for overnight parking but the Coffee Cup is only 7 miles away. has to be the worst Tamarack for flatbedder to unload at. no hustle to get delivery's in and out of their small yard.
