I don’t know where to even begin! The process of finding a reliable and honest contractor to finish our basement was a challenge . We meet with 5 contractors but something felt off so continued the search and I am beyond thankful that we did! I sent a request for a quote on the Impact website and was contacted immediately via email to set up a time to talk about our basement finish. From the first time I met Tony I knew there was something about his business that stood out above the others. Tony and his crew were hands down the best I have ever worked with. Tony's communications skills are top notch. I always knew who would be in our house and what they would be working on. All of the workers were extremely professional, kind and prompt to address any questions. From start to finish this was a very smooth process. Tony went above and beyond in every single aspect of our basement finish. The quality of our basement is way better than the rest of my house. Will definitely use them for any home remodels or new construction builds in the future. I was completely blown away that workers would talk to me and ask how I was holding up during the process. Having your house finished or remodeled when living there is not easy but this crew always made sure we were comfortable with what was going to be happening. You will not regret working with Tony and his crew!

Thank you Tony and Impact Construction … We are thrilled with our new basement! We wanted a high-end finished space for our family to enjoy and that is exactly what we got. Tony and the Impact Construction team were phenomenal to work with. Communication couldn’t have been better as they were always available to answer any questions and address any concerns in the process. They scheduled everything and made sure we had what we needed at each stage - framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and inspections. I used Impact Construction for a full exterior remodel which included siding, trim, windows, and various details. When I reached out for an estimate, Tony was very responsive and was able to talk through the project to understand all of the details. He showed up when he promised and was very timely in all of his communications. Everyone involved in the project from the carpenters to the various subs (drywall, interior trim etc.) were all fantastic to work with. They did things right the first time and at no time did they cut corners. When removing my old siding they did find a few areas where the sheathing had some water damage, and instead of just covering it up and moving on, they consulted with me, showed me what they found, and proceeded to repair it the right way. They took time to use proper housewrap, flashing, and window tape etc. to ensure there would be no chance of future water infiltration because that is the right way to do it. More than a couple of times the carpenter said "I want it to be done right" and it wasn't just talk. In an age where it seems a lot of contractors are in a rush and just want to move on to the next job as quickly as possible, it was refreshing to have a crew actually put some pride into what they were doing and to do things right the first time. Above all else, what impressed me most was simply that when they said they were going to do something - they actually did it! I've had experiences where contractors promised to show up and then didn't or where they said they would get back to me and they I never heard from them. That wasn't the case with Impact. If Tony said he would meet with me or that the crew would be there on a certain day I knew it would happen. I will surely use Impact Construction again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.
