This is our 5th build with different contractors. Scott Gilbert Construction builds a top notch quality house at a very a fair price. Steve handles the office operations & is very accessible, always taking the time to answer our questions. Eric is the on site supervisor & he is always on top of every phase. If we had questions, he typically knew the answers right away. If you are looking to build a quality home & want a great building experience, you should pick Gilbert Construction.
Scott Gilbert Construction builds a quality home at a fair price. Steve and Eric were both great to work with and any change or update was handled quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with our new home and the neighborhood that they build in.

We are so pleased we went with Scott Gilbert to build our home! Working with Steve, Eric and Jim was easy and enjoyable! They were open to our ideas!
Jim has been in construction many years, and he was impressed with the quality of our home! Their sub contractors did quality work!

Our experience w/Scott Gilbert Construction has been wonderful. Scott,Steve & Eric have been great to work with. They made it a fun & enjoyable process. We are very pleased w/the quality & absolutely love our new home.

Very nice quality construction. Eric usually responds pretty quickly to issues. Steve has been wonderful as well. Nicely laid out floor plan, quality materials. I'm not particularly happy with the location of the sump pump piping (under the master bedroom), but I think that can be changed.
