Overall

For parts they're just fine. However, I took my mower in for service and the first thing they did was try to talk me into buying a brand new mower "because it would be cheaper than servicing my current mower.

Then they spent a week trying to figure out a "problem" that didn't actually exist and then told me I needed a new transmission for $425 +labor.

I took it home and looked at it for a bit and discovered the transmission engagement cable was broken.

So if you need parts, they can handle the job, but I'll never go there for service again.

Gunnar took the time to provide part numbers for my Deere sprayer even though he told me upfront he wasn't able to order them. I'll definitely go to them the next time I need something.

Never setting foot in there again. Jesse at the parts counter had no idea how to run the computer. He had the correct chain on the counter, but had to run the credit card twice and it never did accept the signature but the charge went through anyway. He also couldn't figure out how to print me a receipt. After a total of about 20 minutes of standing there l had enough and told him to keep the chain. He followed me to my pickup claiming he had no way to cancel the transaction once it went through. Save yourself a hassle an shop anywhere but the overpriced CB Operations LLC in Sioux Falls.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Great service and excellent products that last for years. Ideal Yardware in Sioux Falls,SD is the best. Just got a new Honda generator that is a power house and very quiet!

I was lied to here on a couple of occasions during the same visit. They were hard selling the me the older ariens machine and telling me it was exactly the same as this more expensive machine sitting next to it. I asked why the more expensive machine said it went faster and was told the book made mistakes like that which they printed. He walked away to swll someone else and I had a friend who knew mowers crawl under to tell me the hydro gear in the more expensive machine was bigger and would indeed make it faster. He then pointed out the motor was a kawasaki and not a Briggs and Stratton which was a cheaper motor on the ariens. I bought the bigger more expensive mower and they agreed to put it outside while I went to get my trailer after confirming where they would park it for me. I went to get it and they left a voicemail on my phone saying store policy said they couldn't do that and I could pick it up tomorrow during business hours if I wanted it. It was upsetting since I had planned on getting my mowing done that night. The mower is fine, but I wouldn't believe the salesmen here, and the customer service was very poor. I hope I never need a warranty repair as I feel this would also be a bad experience. They delivered the mower the next day since I could not get there during their business hours.
