This service was outstanding. I called at the end of the day to get my air conditioner serviced thinking I would have to wait two or three days for an appointment. The technician was there in 20 minutes. Jared was AWESOME to work with. We were literally under construction at the time but fixed the air conditioner quickly, recommended follow-up services and some things we could do to improve our air conditioner's running power. He would have sprayed it out for us but our water was currently shut off due to the construction project. I have already recommended this service to one of my friends who called them to help with her furnace. She was very pleased as well to have them help fix an ongoing issue that another company had failed to solve. This is an outstanding company. Jared is a top-notch technician. I would definitely use this service again.

Outstanding service. Technician took the time to sit down with me and explain everything he found and what our options were. No pressure to spend extra on optional repairs but was made aware of what they offer. Wore boot covers and cleaned up after himself. Great service!

We just got our new system today and had the greatest experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Brad did a great job of explaining everything to us up front so we knew what to expect. Then the install guys Sam & Jay were extremely friendly, professional, and had the best personalities. And last but not least, Cameron the electrician was amazing as well. He too was very professional and did a wonderful job. They had some issues with weather not cooperating today so had a few delays but they handled it with such grace and never had a bad attitude. I highly recommend Aire Serv and would definitely use them again in the future.

Jay and Jacob were fantastic with installation. Very hard working and professional. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new HVAC system. Thank you for your time to keep our home heating and cooling running strong.

I’ve been using Aire Serv since 2011. Anytime I’ve contacted another company to do work on our home I always regret not contacting Aire Serv first.
This recent issue I had the pleasure of having the same tech at our home twice now and TJ Barnes is by far the best technician I’ve ever worked with. He’s kind, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable, and informative. I sincerely enjoyed working with him as he explained our issue and options in a way that helped us plan for the repairs on our A/C unit. He’s definitely a diamond in the rough and I hope Aire Serv knows how lucky they are to have him on their team.

TJ came out to check out the problems we were having with our air unit. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. He checked units outside and inside and gave very helpful information. Highly recommend him and the company. We always have great service dealing with them.

TJ with Aireserv was great at coming in and explaining everything that was going on with our air conditioner in a way that I could understand. He was super easy to talk to and I did not feel rushed! He was willing to answer the loads of questions I had. I appreciate their willingness to squeeze me into their schedule and the call ahead knowing when they were coming. All around very friendly staff and knowledgeable!
