Brian did a great job! Hooked up a new gas line for me. He took the time to install the new line so there was a little slack to move things around a bit.
I will definitely call Waterbury the next time I need something.
Had them come in to service our tankless water heater and check our water softener. Jim was great. He explained everything being done and also suggested things we could do in between servicing calls to keep the units running at peak efficiency. He was very knowledgeable and we learned quite a bit from him. Courteous, efficient and very capable.
Have used Waterbury for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied with their service.

Excellent service provided by Jim 5! I always ask for him by name since he tells me with what he is accomplishing with each step of the repair process. I look for no other plumbing service - Waterbury is the place to call!

We needed our backyard faucet repaired as it was dripping continuously. Jim was very helpful & informative which we really appreciated. He was on time, professional, pleasant, fast & thorough. We appreciate Waterbury which we've used many times thru the years for various repairs.

I called Waterbury Heating and Cooling and they sent someone same day, which was incredible and beyond my expectation. The service from lady answering the phone to help me along with the visit from the tech, were very professional and courteous. The tech was informative, explained his work and provided options for us, which I appreciated. Overall, two great big Thumbs Up.

Got quoted about 1700 from Comfort Heroes to fix my AC, including $500 to refill my refrigerant. Called Waterbury instead and ended up going with their twice annual checkup plan for $210 plus they did a cleaning, refill of refrigerant(only $55 vs $500 from Comfort Heroes!), and a follow up in the winter! Plus, the tech that came out was great with my big, excited dogs, and she even had treats to give them. Will 100% use Waterbury for everything from now on!

The after-hours technician (I believe his name was Joel) was responsive and able to get us back up and running in little time. I feel very satisfied as I know he was dealing with his own flood issues due to the significant flooding we experienced. We are very happy with our service.

The tech came out, checked my AC unit quickly. Offered two solutions, refill refrigerant and/or replace the unit. I know my unit is just about to its grave, but I’m not quite ready to replace. He was understanding and asked if I have been quoted a new unit yet, told him no so he is going to add me to the schedule to go over options. Overall experience was quick, simple, and informative. I’m glad I called Waterbury and they picked up the phone!

I have used Waterbury Heating & Cooling for many years and they have always handled my needs professionally and expeditiously. Their service personnel are easy to communicate with, contact me when they are on their way and show up on time. Troy did my service today and for the last few visits and I highly recommend him. He's knowledgeable, friendly and takes care of my system to keep it in the best year-round condition.
