This guy deserves 100 stars! I made a call to my local pest companies...none of them had the option for heat treatment and one also was going to charge me 150$ for an inspection! Bob, not only had different options But was not going to charge for an inspection. He made it clear that he wanted to make sure the right pest was going to be taken care of. He drove 2 HOURS to my location the following morning, showed up EARLY and walked me through what was going to be done. I was charged a good price for the work, the drive, his time, & was educated ! Definitely the best around!
