The technician went above our expectations. He was respectful of our requests and offered helpful suggestions. He kept us informed throughout the appointment.
Pricing is too high, and I was told I could cancel at any time. When I tried to cancel, I was told I signed a 2 year agreement. I specifically asked the sales guy if I could cancel at any time, and he said yes.

I tried to do a review on my email account it does not work. The young gentleman that was here this morning was very kind and told me what all the things he was going to be doing. He did a great job

Your technician did a great job today for me. He did all things that I asked for and when he was done he came to the door and explained all he had done. This is the first time I’ve had this much service from your techs and I really appreciate all his efforts. He is indeed an asset to your company.

Dang, I wish I had gotten the guys name! He grew up in Lennox, SD. He was wonderful! So polite, and thorough! I had an older friend from up north visiting, and he was pleasant to both of us. Did the work, quickly and efficiently. And informative! Had a huge spider this am that scared me and I took a pix. He told me it was a harmless wolf spider! Thank you so much! And he deserves a pay hike for working in this terrible heat and still staying so pleasant!

I was told the service was for 3 months during the summer but was all year. Bills went up at home and we could no longer afford the service. Service fee was implied to pay for all three months not per visit. After the year of service it auto renewed despite us letting them know we didn’t want any of their appointments. Cancelled the service and they want to charge more than a service fee to click buttons on their computer. The door to door sales felt pressured as well. They do fine spraying but $160 is ridiculous to cancel. They send that to collections too.

Our technician was Lonnie. He was friendly and exceptionally detailed. He checked with us before he left to explain what he had done and to make sure he had not missed anything we thought should have been done. We could not be more pleased with the job he did!

Sales representative Kassia was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the rates and service very well. Service tech Blake showed up when they were scheduled. They also were very friendly and explained the process well and gave an accurate description of the services they were about to perform. Service was done in a timely fashion and to expectations. I would highly recommend. Overall cost was very reasonable in my opinion.
