Our pipes started groaning out of the blue. I was concerned when several days passed without response to my on-line service request. But after I called, a technician arrived the following day. He diagnosed the problem, had the right part in his truck and completed the fix in less than 2 hours. I was impressed with his professionalism and service orientation. This is our 3rd experience with Hander, and we highly recommend them.
Called about a small leak in my kitchen ceiling on Monday morning, and Hander was able to get someone out that afternoon. The service rep was able to identify the problem and fix the leak that day, and was very professional and dilligent with his work.

I called Hander plumbing with a dead water heater at 8 am on Friday before a holiday weekend and boy did they deliver! Someone was at my house by 10:45 (an hour before they said they would be) and the job was done by 2 pm. New water heater installed, old one taken away. The Service Tech was kind, polite and nice to my nosy puppy which was more than I could have asked for. Thank you for your quick and kind service.

I called on Wednesday of this week for a hot water heater replacement and had a representative sent to my location on Thursday morning. The gentleman I talked to on Wednesday was great! Explaining the various options I was considering and offering me different choices.
Jacob was the young man that was sent to me for our replacement. Jacob was very thorough and explained the process and set about his work. He called me down shortly after he arrived to tell me that my diagnosis was incorrect. I did not have a failure of my heater but a failure in my pressure expansion tank! What was going to be a several thousand dollar expenditure was about to be a couple hundred. Considering my call with the service advisor the day before, I knew I was living on borrowed time with my current heater and elected to go ahead with the replacement (my luck it would have failed in a couple of months and I would have relived the whole flooded basement scenario which I would avoid at all costs!).
The work was concluded in a very timely manner, the work area was left cleaner than when Jacob arrived, he presented me an accurate bill, explained the various functions, and hauled away my old and defective parts!
I have been a long time Hander customer and it is because of service like this, both on the phone and the personnel they send for calls, that will keep me one for the foreseeable future.

I recently called Hander Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal in my rental property. They were very friendly on the phone and got a service call scheduled for the following day. They sent Jeremy and he replaced my disposal quickly. Jeremy was very friendly and kind and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Hander!

I would like to the the crew that Greg sent over to take out and replace my old furnace and air conditioning unit, While we had equipment issues Greg and Shea I think was his name did everything they could alleviate these issues. Everything was taken care of. We are very happy with the purchase. We would recommend Hander to anyone and will definitely use Hander again!!!!!! Awesome Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very professional service. Fixed the leaking shower and another issue quickly. Took the time to answer questions about other Plumbing issues. Also recommended adding new valve to incoming water. Glad the tech did as the old valve would barely work. Definitely would recommend them for any Plumbing work.

I had an issue with a leaking pipe in my upstairs shower, and the overnight guy came right away. He was very nice, he was telling me everything he was doing. He decided to wait until the next day to fix the necessary part because of kids sleeping, but stopped the leak. The guy that came over the next day was also super friendly, he did his thing and told me everything he did and showed me the part that was broken. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely the best experience I've had.

I am so appreciative and thankful for the service that we received from your company. Your employee Trey was the one that installed a TXV valve in our air conditioner. What an outstanding young guy that was so friendly, courteous and so professional. Your company should be so proud of him. We have used your company for our plumbing needs and you now have gained us as a customer for the heating and cooling part as well. Whenever I have called, someone always gets right back to you if they are busy at the time of the call. A company that gives SERVICE! Thank you so much.
