Just love this company, I manage cabins and have been working with them for years. I had problems with some of the log cabins and flies, once I contacted them they came up and sprayed, it is so nice not to have to be cleaning up the flies all the time. I thought I would do my own home, as we live in the country, wow to go outside and not have those pesky flies all over...The price is right and so worth it. Thank you BH Pest Control you are the best!
Honestly pretty bummed out with the service I had received. I used another company for a few years and decided to switch it up. I called and they were able to get me in very quickly and service was quick and easy. My previous company brought out the big guns and always hand sprayed inside and then used a hose type for my yards. Black Hills Pest Control just used a hand pump wand through the house and the yard and I wondered how effective it would be. Let's just say not at all. The bugs didn't seem any less and in previous years with other company, I had no bugs until the following year. I called to see if maybe something was off with the chems and they basically brush me off, told me they'd call back and after 3 different calls they did nothing. Definitely won't be using them again, unfortunately.

We had one of their employees come out to spray for bees that were everywhere around our vacation home in Sturgis. He seemed to miss the one area that we were concerned about, and saw bees go in and out of. We called the company to see if he could come back. They said they would send him back, but I don't think he actually came back. We came back again almost. a month later and the bees were everywhere around the house and inside the house. I called the company and and they came back out late that same day . The employee that came was very professional and apologized for the first visit. He did a really excellent job doing the whole outside area over again, and told us it was at no extra charge. Companies don't always follow up after a complaint, and they were very nice and came back out. That makes a huge difference in a company. Sometimes things don't turn our right, nobody is perfect, but when the company comes back and corrects it, that makes the difference in what makes a great company!!!! Thank you to Black Hills Pest for following up. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
The bees are way less and dying as i write this the next day... Thanks Again!

BH Pest Control is really a great company. I own a large multi-unit property and they have been so helpful with pest control needs. Their prices are fair, their staff is friendly and they are very knowledgeable. The owners have even picked up the phone with late night and weekend calls, which I did not expect. The techs that come out also really know their bugs and how to treat them. They care about customer needs and focus on curing problems. I highly recommend this company.

I will not be using them again. I was told it was $135..they would spray the crawl space, which he didn't do..my husband was told he wasn't going to mess with that, even after finding the exit point outside...he didn't do the attic because it was "too hot." We told him the type of bugs that we had, and we were just told well, it's an old house, they can get in in a million places. Well, why I called! To prevent that. I was super excited after seeing the reviews and using local, family owned business....but very disappointed.

This was the third time we've used them and we will continue to use them. They have amazing customer service, they were fast and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone!

This place is great, they worked us in their busy schedule when we noticed ants coming in our house that same day! Noah came to the house and was very professional, knowledge and efficient. He sprayed the outside and inside in no time at all! We were shocked how immediate the ants stopped coming in. It also took care of all the other creepy crawlies around the house too!

I have known the Beug family for many years and they are very professional and kind. They sprayed my parents' home and my folks are very satisfied with the service they received.
