It's the second time we've been too the new store. Very nice place. Seriously do you not want to sell carpet??? We talked to the receptionist and said we were looking for carpet for 3 bedrooms. Not one sales person came to help! We left and are currently dealing with a competition.

A few days after the floor was installed, a squeak developed in the kitchen. Thornton Flooring was very hesitant to repair the squeak. After getting Jason and Chris involved, Jason and Scott were able to find a solution and were able to stop the squeak.

We remodeled a bathroom so we only looked at the tile selections. We found a good variety tile choices at reasonable prices. We had a great experience working with Tyler Burrows. He explained all the different types and styles of tiles and was a huge help with design ideas. Tyler also did an excellent job calculating the correct amount of materials for our job so we were not left with a large amount of extra tile. We will probably be remodeling another bathroom next year and will head back to Thornton's to work with Tyler for our tile needs. April 2024 - we replaced the flooring on our main level. Chris Willging helped us through the flooring decision process. He did a phenomenal job and had great recommendations. The flooring was recently installed and the crew did a remarkable job. They were very professional and had excellent attention to detail. We also worked with Chris during this project to pick new bathroom tile. He helped us out on short notice and ensured the product show up on time to meet our scheduled install.

Rude and unprofessional shipping and receiving manager. Talks badly about customers in the back. Won't be back, won't suggest thorton to any of my clients. Will be using LL flooring from here on. Clients didn't like all the hidden fees in removing and installing. Unprofessional and overpriced.
