I have had service with Olson's for over a year. While their service has been top notch, their scheduling of appointments is terrible. Or technician, Matt does a great job and has explained to me that the company has tasked him with jobs that cause our appointments to be scheduled at the last minute. For some reason, I cannot get any sort of advanced notice for appointments. I received an invitation to provide a review by Olson's, so here it is! Do a better job of scheduling your visits! Give Matt a break and stop overtasking him!
The whole experience with Olson's was professionally done from the first call I made! Preston answered any questions I had, let me know what to expect and what to watch for in the coming months. You can tell that they want to do things right and that customer service is important to them. I highly recommend Olson's Pest Technicians.

Professional, responsible, diligent and determined. Ryan is obviously a very experienced technician and quickly determined that we were dealing with a Bat. His thorough persistent finely paid-off at a price that was more than fair. We would not hesitate to call upon Olson's Pest Technicians again for any future needs. Could not be happier.

Olson’s has been great about treating my home on a timely basis and are always courteous and informative. Austin reports back to me about any insect or rodent activity around my home.

Purchased an older home, got bitten by spiders and dogs bit by something too. Olson came out quickly, sprayed inside & outside, with spray that is kid & pet friendly. No odor, very thorough, communication was great. Not expensive and customer focused. Would recommend to anyone!

We could not have had a better experience today. We found a bat outside on our foundation. Keith came and did a great job. He took care of the injured bat, and made sure our home was bat free. What a nice guy. We got to talking about gnats, and now we will be receiving services for that. We feel very fortunate to have them do thiservice for us.

Olson's has been my go-to exterminator for several years. They do an excellent job of controlling invasive pests. They let me know ahead of time when they'll be there and results of their visits. I highly recommend them for of your pest control.
