Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was promised that touch ups and follow ups were “a part of the package” had a crew at my house for 2 days for a relatively small job (dining room, hallway, a few doors, and an unused attic access removed and drywall patched in its place. The crew was nice but clearly rushing to finish. There was a mess in my yard on my porch on my hardwood floors damage to my front door and streaky paint in multiple spots. I was asked if I was satisfied with the job and I told the scheduler that there was multiple areas that clearly needed touched up primarily the patched area where the mudded drywall must not have been completely dry so paint didn’t adhere very well. There was literally a mess left behind and multiple areas that needed attention. I was told to send pictures and 3 weeks later still no one has responded nor has anyone communicated anything. I called and texted the sales rep that I booked the job with multiple times to no avail. Called again on Friday and he lied to me saying that they would be reaching out “this afternoon” to get the follow up work scheduled. It’s Wednesday and no call no emails no texts. This is piss poor customer service and I would recommend the small paint contractor over this bait and switch operation any day.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASIC! Bode did a fantastic job on being timely and getting me an exact proposal at the time of bid at the house. Chris and his crew (actual painters) worked straight through each day and even had a weekend crew come in. Did 1557 sf in 4.5 days (empty house we are moving into). Did everything but ceilings and cabinets. They gave an outstanding price. They even did a few extra coats and primed few walls They didn't quote me for as they realized it would need it. Constant communication via videos texted to me by Chris letting me know progress and even little things he noticed on the ceiling like small water stains that I didn't know about. Everything looks freaking stunning. No streaks or globs or heavy handed spots. True professionals. We picked these colors bc we know we will be here for many years and wanted lively, energetic, nature colors. Surfin' blue and Spearmint green if you like it. Don't skip out on these guys.

Francisco and his crew did an outstanding job on both an exterior and interior painting project. Both projects were coordinated well with my schedule. On the interior project especially, great care was taken in watching out for the cat and the furniture! The exterior paint is incredibly thick and is a big improvement over the original builder's grade paint. The exterior metal fixtures were repainted with oil based paint and look brand new! On the interior project, the original paint was poorly applied and later apparently touched up with a shade that was just a little bit off. The new paint with two coats completely covered up the bad, old paint job. Very, very, very happy with the improvement to the interior of the house. I can't recommend CertaPro highly enough! You can't go wrong with CertaPro!
