Very great and personable experience with Riggins. While other painting companies weren't being transparent with pricing and what I can expect, this company was above the rest when it comes to customer service and transparent communication. I was never lost along the way on what was happening with my project. To top it off, Dean did a beautiful job with the painting. I can't be any happier. Also, it was a joy working with Amber during the estimate.

There are not enough stars available to give this company the credit they deserve. From the very first contact with with the Office Manager (Christina) to schedule the estimate, then to the Sales/Estimator (Amber) for the quote, then to the Coordinator (Shonda), next was the Project Manager (Franklin) on the day the job was scheduled to start along with meeting the crew members (Arthur, Arnold, Juan and Richardo) working on our project. They started our project the very next week after signing the contract, they arrived on time for every scheduled appointment and all did exactly what they said they would do. Every single person was courteous and respectful. Arthur and his crew went above and beyond our expectations in everything they did. It was all done with extreme care of wanting to do the best job possible for the customer. Riggins Painting is a wonderful example of the best in customer service and was a joy to do business with as well. We will definitely recommend them to anyone with painting needs and have no doubts we will be using their services again in the future. Thanks so much Riggins Painting for excellent service!

I have to give Riggins Painting a five star rating because they were awesome. I hired them to paint my kitchen cabinets that were here when the house was built in 1971. I never realized what went into repainting kitchen cabinets, but a lot of work goes into it. The painters I had were Dianne and Francisco and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their kitchen cabinets painted. They were excellent and so nice and easy to deal with. Our project manager, Franklin and David, the lead carpenter both did a terrific job communicating with us and making sure everything was the way we wanted it to be. They were great about giving us options and walking us through them with no pressure when the project grew because of some unknown damage to our storage building. They did everything the could to give us a high quality and cost-efficient, time-efficient outcome. Yami and Orlando were terrific on-site team members as well.
