Matt provided a detailed inspection of our new home in advance of closing. He did an exceptional job, was on time and completed the report in the same day. Would recommend him and A-Pro to anyone for home inspections.

Matt was our inspector and he spent a lot of time and did a very thorough inspection. We received the report the same day and in addition to pointing out some areas for repair, he included suggestions for monitoring and ongoing maintenance. I recommend Matt and A-Pro for their inspection services.

Used this company on the recommendation of our realtor and was thoroughly impressed with his inspection and more importantly the report provided after the inspection. Matt provided all the information we needed prior to inspection day and he started working immediately upon arrival. Very thorough and professional in his inspection, he not only found defects we most likely wouldn’t have found but also provided a great deal of information and recommendations. Matt Hudson did an inspection on our new construction home. His inspection was extremely thorough and he was able to find things that the home builders would have missed. We definitely felt that it was worth the extra money to get an outside inspector. The report will also be very helpful in the maintenance of our home for years to come. We would highly recommend A-Pro Home Inspection.

I'm a general and I've also done several home inspections over the years. Not familiar with building practices nor environmental affects in in Tennessee I felt unqualified to perform my own inspection as I had with previous home purchases in California. Our realtor said she knew someone who'd do a good job. "Good job" was an understatement. Lex is the guy you want doing your inspections. Trust me when I say he is a rare find. He truly puts in the extra effort to insure his clients will be well informed. His skills and knowledge are invaluable. When you're considering paying hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home purchase you want be smart about it. If you want peace of mind before you close the deal I strongly recommend using Lex Hudson for your home inspection.

I could not recommend Lex, Matt, and A-Pro more highly! Lex was a true professional and was super communicative and prepared in the lead up to our home inspection. He and Matt were a powerful duo. They were on-time, friendly, knowledgable, and incredibly thorough. They spent 5 hours at our home (including our roof!) to ensure no stone was left unturned. They delivered their report just a few hours later and provided a beautiful bound book of our report the very next day. The report was detailed, thorough, and super easy to understand. It gave us a clear and easy guide of highlights and recommended improvements of our home.
