This business is a pleasure to work with. My phone call was answered promptly and an appointment scheduled. Jason arrived promptly, assessed the situation with my Bosch dishwasher, and ordered the part. (I had called other repairmen who don't deal with Bosch.) When the part came, the scheduler called and arranged a good time for him to return. I received a text when he was on his way during the window I was told to expect him. He fixed it, and it's been running well ever since for several months! The price was reasonable (not cheap), and I will call them again if/when I have another need.

First, it was our dishwasher... then it was our dryer, and we are so thankful for Southern Appliance Solutions! Jessica was quick to get us scheduled and provide communication about when they would be coming. Jason and Jacob are awesome guys! Jason always gives our dog treats whenever he comes which is an added bonus. They are kind and efficient. Highly recommend them!

We purchased a GE Refrigerator back in November 2023 from Lowe’s and it’s started to make a LOUD buzzing noise. It would wake us up at night. It was absolutely awful! Jessica at Southern Appliance Solutions was able to add us to the schedule for a technician to come out pretty quickly ((Thank you Jessica!!!)) Jessica was great and very professional! I had an issue with my GE refrigerator's filter installation and ice maker on/off switch. Josh, the technician, speedily had my filter installed and a new ice maker unit ordered. He was very personable and explanatory given the importance of working appliances, especially a fridge. Overall, the appointment was an efficient and productive time.

I recently moved and had to have my Washer/Dryer installed and stacked due to a much smaller laundry room. I also needed a prong changed and the water and steam connected.
Pretty simple requests, right?
I called quite a few places and was not impressed with the responses or understanding of what I needed. Most didn't seem to care or be in any hurry to assist or were "too busy" to work me into the schedule.
THEN, I found Southern Appliance Solutions - Jason was fantastic. He completely understood what I needed done, got me on the schedule, came out when he said he would, brought the parts and another installer (Josh) and got me squared away in no time.
My washer and dryer are working as expected without any issues. Both Jason and Josh were a delight to have in my home. They were knowledgeable, efficient, effective and were so pleasant.
Both were very quality oriented and made sure everything was done correctly. I HIGHLY recommend SAS!!!!
