Great service on my refrigerator. They kept me informed when the parts were on order. They came back promptly and got my water and ice going again. Thank you, I will recommend.
If the feedback only pertained to the technician (s), I would have given a 5 star review. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They were outstanding in my opinion. However, customer service is horrible, especially the automated system. If you are able to speak with a live representative, you have won the jackpot.

These guys are the best. I wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else to come service my appliances. They show up on time are very knowledgeable and courteous and very professional and reasonable on their pricing. Brett and Danny have both been great and Loraily is always great to communicate with to get service.

Eric and Ben were in and out of here in about 35 minutes! They were polite, efficient, explained what they were doing and next steps, and answered any questions that I had! I definitely appreciate the courtesy call in advance too! Turns out Eric was here about 4 years ago, so it was nice to see a familiar face. I'll always be happy to give my business to Absolute Best Appliance!

Technicians were pleasant and competent and repaired our washer in a relatively short period of time. Our only issue was the company's postponement of our initial appointment for the repair work by a week because, allegedly, "no one was home" at the time of the appointment, when we were, in fact, home all day. Overall, though we were highly satisfied and would use this company again.

Danny showed up on time was courteous and professional. The result of the visit was not the outcome I was hoping for, cost of repair could be as much as the cost of replacement, however, I was informed and allowed to make good decisions with good information. I have been using ABA for years, and they have always done their best to save me money.

Christian was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Eventhough he had to come multiple times, he still came with a positive attitude, provided updates as he received them, contacted me every time before arrival and was all around a positive person. He was very knowledgeable in his role and I appreciate his diligence in getting my dryer fixed.

Absolute Best Appliance provided excellent advice and service. Showed up on time for the service call, diagnosed my 2 year old refrigerator correctly and then provided excellent advice on getting the repair covered through the manufacturer. They took care of ordering the parts and dealing with the warranty work and showed up on time again once the parts came in. Both techs were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Great company and experience.

We needed to replace worn out parts in our two refrigerators. Absolute Best Appliance (ABA) sent a representative to our home quickly. He assessed our needs, explained well what would be required, and arranged for us to get an appointment, once parts were received. Once parts were ready, they called and we made an appointment for their return.
Two servicemen arrived on schedule. They installed the parts, then made sure that they were working properly. They also remained to help my wife return our refrigerator contents to their shelves. They cleaned up the small water spills before leaving.
All three servicemen were friendly, polite, explaining as things went along. Their clothes were clean and they left their work areas clean. The cost was reasonable. We will definitely call ABA again, when we need additional appliance repair, and we will recommend ABA to our friends. JFT
