I've got to give this place 5 stars, Im in a Ferguson's almost daily when they are open, I call in a extensive duct order, the day before we did the job in Nashville, I got there when they opened the following day, order had already been picked and was 100% correct, I always get good service from Ferguson really no matter which branch I go to, but this service was a step above, you won't get this kind of service at the Nashville branch, you will call it in a day or two in advance and your team members still generally have to wait for the order to be picked, I personally think it's because of the amount of volume Nashville does,.....good going Clarksville Ferguson's!!!! Definitely great service!
These people know plumbing! They helped me with various flushometers for several of the toilets in my facility! Always helpful, and the prices are competitive!

Awesome staff working there! Dennis and his lil buddy at the counter are the best. Every now and then a huge , handsome fella named Rob helos out at rhe counter and the experience gets even better. Always have what I need, and if they do not they get it in a jiffy! A+

After searching at Rural King, lowes, homedepot and hardware city with no luck. Ferguson's had what I needed and the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down I will come here for anything to do with my kitchen or plumbing.

Nice place, good selection and if they don't have what you are looking for in the store they have catalogs. Their customer service is not the friendliest and that is the reason I have it a 3 star rating.

My wife and I purchased all the appliances for our recent kitchen renovation from this Ferguson location. Renee Robins was our sales representative. Both the company and Renee were easy to work with. We made two exchanges and a return during the process, and everything was easily facilitated. I can highly recommend their products and services.

This place was recommended by a plumber to purchase a high-end shower fixture for a bathroom remodel. I wandered the floor about 25 minutes without any assistance. When I asked the receptionist for help, she sort of shrugged and said no one was available, then back to doing whatever important task she was doing sitting at her desk. I walked past another lady at a desk in the rear of the showroom who never bothered to glance up at me. Since I couldn't spend my morning wandering aimlessly waiting for someone to take my money, I drove 1/4 mile down the road and gave Wholesale Supply my $1000. Funny thing, Wholesale Supply was happy to help me and take my cash.
Ferguson has a pretty showroom though, if you enjoy wandering it alone...

Poor customer service and they charged me $18 for a 6" clean out cap, later on that week I needed another and bought it at lowes for $7.50. Received a supply house rate from lowes but double mark up at Ferguson.

don't go in the front, the retail counter is on the side. i wanted a specific toilet seat. wooden, standard round with 3/8" bolts and 4 bumpers on the bottom. the counter guy went in the back and a couple minutes later came out with exactly what i wanted. i bought 2 of 'em. i was getting for the total expecting to leave my grandson's inheritance and it was only 27 bucks. cheaper than the big box retailers and of better quality. 5 stars aint enough and definitely worth the drive.
