When the recent outage occurred, I was so thankful to have my generator that DES installed several years ago. It is small, but runs the TV, heating unit, refrigerator, and multiple plugs. I ran an extention cord from the microwave and was all set. So many neighbors lost all of the food in their refrigerators and freezers. It was a champ!
On another note, DES employees are prompt, polite, and friendly. Several months ago I called about a plug that was acting up. They were concerned and had someone come to my house within 30 minutes. They have done multiple repairs for me and are very patient with my million questions.
I highly recommend DES for all of your electrical needs.
Sean was our technician and we can’t say enough good things about our experience today. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to patiently listen to our requests and made it happen. The office staff, Isla and Udo were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you! We will definitely use your service again.

I booked an estimate for a basement remodel. I was suppose to be on the phone as the electrician was walking through. I had a work issue and could get on right away. They cancelled and refused to the job outright. So much for understanding and patience with customers. I guess they are perfect. You better get everything right if you use them.
