I would not recommend MC Granite Clarksville. We were provided a quote after discussing everything we wanted for our kitchen island countertop and proceeded with payment; however, on the day of template measurements we had several concerns. The individual who came to measure was not familiar at all with porcelain countertops and what was required (admitted by him during measurements because we had so many questions). These were the same questions asked at the time of quote but were told those would be answered by the person measuring. After a couple conversations with the office (initiated by us because we were not getting answers to all our questions) they causally emailed us a revised quote without any call or explanation. Upon calling them to get clarification we were informed that the salesperson who quoted us was also not familiar with porcelain countertops and did not provide an accurate quote. Because of this, we were told we were responsible for the cost without any further discussion or compromise on their end. The entire process with MC Granite Clarksville was unprofessional and incompetent.

From the very beginning of this project, everyone at MC Granite in Clarksville was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and most of all, saw down to the last detail every little thing that would make this a success. Melissa at the store was so helpful and explained all of our options and let us decide in our own time what we wanted, and gave us a rough estimate at our first visit. Within a week, Nery came to our house and took very precise measurements and made a template from which they cut our granite countertop. One week later, he returned with Luis, and the two of them installed a beautiful granite countertop that fits precisely and looks fantastic. Great price, Great people, great experience!
