Great same day service!. Andrew was awesome. He was an able to troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable compared to some of the other “big box” companies. I would highly recommend and use them again for all my electrical needs!

I decided to get into welding as a hobby and ordered a six in one machine. Having no foundational knowledge of welding and the power requirements, I discovered my 15-amp 110 breaker would be too small to meet the demands of welding. I contacted a close friend of mine who is a professional welder for guidance. Ultimately, he advised the best option would be to hire an electrician and have a dedicated outlet installed. He had a similar situation and had Hiller come out and install an outlet for him. He did warn me that it was expensive and would cost around $2,000. I looked up Hiller and discovered subpar reviews and was about to throw in the towel when I noticed an independent company called Greenway Electric. I noticed they get great outstanding reviews and sent an email to them. I didn’t expect to hear back due to it being late Friday night when I sent out the email. When I woke up the next morning, to my surprise CJ had emailed me back giving me a detailed explanation of what needs to be done as well as a general quote. Moreover, he advised he could have someone come over as soon as Monday morning. The technicians (Michael & Andrew) was on time, and everything was done exactly as explained and expected. There were ZERO surprises, no bait and switch on the estimated cost you often run into when it comes to contract work. These folks are legit, I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but I was so blown away by the inexpensive costs, customer service, communication, and follow-up I would be doing society an injustice by not sharing my experience(s).

Mike and Andrew are amazing. They checked previous work that we thought was our electric issue downstairs. Turned out it was our light fixture. They were both super kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We have a beautiful old home in Columbia that requires expertise and TLC with the "older" electrical wiring and fixtures. Michael texted and called on his way to our home. He is genuinely courteous and professional. He went the extra mile and made sure I knew all the steps he was taking. It's hard today to find a company and technician who does what they say they will do, and Michael will now be our requested electrician. Thank you CJ, Greenway, and Michael.
