We ran into a self-created problem with a quartz countertop that was too wide for our space today. I called IWS and asked if they could help us by cutting it down some and they immediately responded! Within 45 minutes Anderson was at our house fixing a problem we created! It was amazing! He made it fit like a glove!!! What amazing and kind customer service!!! Thank y’all so much!!

I don't remember the names of the installer and measurer, but both processes went very smoothly. OMG. Out of all the trades I have had doing work in my house, IWS is by far the most professional, honest, customer oriented, and considerate. They were able to vein match perfectly two slabs that were not sequential. When the fabricators were getting ready to cut them, they noticed a slight color difference they felt I might be unhappy with, so they called for me to come view it. Most fabricators would have just cut it because I had already approved but they were more concerned about my satisfaction. Just don’t see that much these days. I highly recommend. The difference was so minimal that I approved it. The fabricators also came up with a way to reduce the difference.

Great job! We loved the look and the quality of the quartz we ordered from IWS Granite & Marble (via Lowes) and the guys that installed it were fantastic, Javier made sure everything was to our satisfaction with an infectious smile! The guys that did the installation really showed pride in their workmanship. We definitely would/will use them again and ask for the same guys that installed these ones. In the pictures you will see the IWS quartz countertops in our new cabin, paired with the RTA Forevermark Townsend Gray cabinets we bought from Kabinet King and put together ourselves.
